Are You Invited Into Retreat?
One of the things about being invited into retreat that i love that you bring up is this invitation to name your desire, your soul's desire. So for pastors and ministry leaders, desire might seem like a bad word, a word to avoid, a word that can only be in the bacd category. And soah, you talk a lot about the necessity of naming it as it relates to cultivating a way of life that really works. The language of desire and passion has been reduced to being about sexuality or passions that will take us in directions that wouldn't be healthy and good for us.
