Is Planning an Inherently Irrational System?
I wanted to come back to questions about a sort of management and the story of kantorovitch and neraf. Is planning and inherently rational system, or are there ways in which human proclivities and desires and lusts for power and anti demo democratic tendencies also come into play? I was trying to stay with you actually in the game and really believe that this was something that could be managed and articulated. So mabe we could come back to that, like whether there are possibilities of this kind of planning too to get us on a better path as you've pointed out really well.
