The Future of Apprenticeships
I think traditionally we or at least recently we've thought about education more as kind of this linear predetermined activity but you're framing it more as these the series of micro and evolving experiments or many apprenticeships. In switzerland they have like a really good apprenticeship systems still but it's interesting even there they've been kind of school because the interest i think is when they're getting apprentices they'll take like teenagers maybe six seven to 16 year olds will go into apprenticeships. We've just increased schooling so much for various reasons that we've come to to equate the like learning and schooling so much that we kind of lose it, he says.
