It's almost like the contract that they're signing up to in terms of the learning. So many times organizations don't address that. They'll put together a fantastic programme, and then they wonder why. But this really does push us towards thinking about learner being responsible for their own learning. And they have to accept that this is not going to be a spoon fed environment e.
