Is a Person or He Is a Person?

In section 22, 70 of the catechism from the first moment of his existence, a human being must be recognized as having the rights of a person. The church did not come out and say from the instant of conception, it is a person or he is a person. But what it does say, it seems to be leaving no wiggle room left. He says, the human embryo has therefore from the very beginning the dignity proper to a person. And I have no doubt the church will say that is a person...I have no doubt at all.
