Many people in business try to make every thing urgent that nothing is urgent. If you act that way, your staff will become unresponsive. They won't respect you when you come to them with something that's actually urgent. You need the sense of urgency to fall down through your employees so that when something actually urgent happens, they react in anurgent manner. And this comes down to delegating to shit people correctly. It seems really o c d, to make sure that your g g p s is giving you the direct, most efficient route from one place to the next.
