Annie Dukes is a professor of decision theory. Her brother is a poker champion and she watched the way he paid poker, poker. She says we spend so much time thinking that we know where the other person is coming from or why they've made that decision. When in reality, there's probably a hundred other alternatives we can think of and an infinite number that we can't think of. And if you can sort of start from that space, you're then more open to receive kind of the growth you need out of moments.
