needle Chrychothyroidotomy failed about 60% of the time in NAP4. Now there are some contraindications to this, but of course, I mean it's all going to be relative, isn't it? In this scenario a surgical approach might offer more benefits. But again, you know, that may need to be a pragmatic decision as this patient in front of you at this point will clearly be an extremist whichever way you turn. Did I pass? You did. Absolutely.
