AI and Customer Service

There already exists of AI voices that sound like people. You can take an email, put it in AI and say, time your response to this that has an apologetic tone or something. It will at least give you a draft and then it's easy for you to change it. And so eventually, yeah, sales reps, customer service could be fully replaced.
