Leric: We are trying to understand how african actors, you know, ar these could be state actors or non state actors, shape the way they interact with the chinese. So we try to focus on politicall eleads, bureaucratic agency and an agency of local governments actors. But again, there's definitely others at play,. And so we we can of push a same vit o the researchers tho can build on these findings.
