How to Be Busy and Happy in Relationships

I don't use that word, I've talked about it before. Ask for help because your relationships need it. Busy is a choice. And we have to not just do it once, we need to do it regularly. It doesn't have to be babysitting your kids, it can be, I'm trying to make this decision and I'd love for you to help me. Can you help mom by putting this in the trash? He knows that he's done something that he can feel proud of, he feels my appreciation. That creates a relationship where it says, we can ask each other for help.
