In a world where you had a physical water cooler and people largely in the same office, where you could get a sense of the mood. You don't get that signal in the remote world. And so when you don't have that feedback loop, you need to augment that with some kind of a virtual feedback loop. That has just become so much more important as we've had fewer opportunities to inter act with our teams.
