How to Kill Little Darlings

For me, it's pure number of books. When I was trying to get published, I wrote multiple different books. It wasn't quite so hard to cut the arm off of one. The second thing that helped me was the advent of the internet. And my marketing on the internet, I can now have deleted scenes, which are, you know, they can live on in the director's cut on my website.
