The Four Types of Narcissism

Narcissism is a perceived sense of grandiosity at some level. In the smaller settings, you'll find what is called this more covert narcissism or vulnerable narcissism. A narcissist isn't capable of empathy at any kind of deep level because he's incapable of self-empathy. Almost always you'll see a debris field of pain in the workplace or the relationships of a narcissist.
