I've never had surgery I've never had notes or not to polyps on my vocal cords. The only problem I have is I have a really thick post nasal drip so I'm always going. Doctors feel that that protected my vocal cords because they said my vocal cords look young in in great shape but you know with age your cords like your muscles they start to stiffen a little bit and they change over time.
