Are You Responding to These Complaints?

There've been complaints from contractors working at an intendo that claimed they were mistreated. One employee said, when his grandfather died, i was told if i went to his funeral, i wouldn't have a job when i came back. How do you respond to those complaints? I did not have a situation as the leader of the company where we had a broad issue with our associate, baset. It just wasn't there.
