The Effect of Ketogenic Diet on Muscle Growth

There's a study in Crossfitters where they saw some decrements lean body mass of the limbs, if I recall correctly. And there was another one that I think it was more related to their inability to get into a surplus like you alluded to by Vargas and colleagues last year. So yeah, I think there are probably mechanistic reasons as to why that could perhaps interfere with the muscle building process. But it also seems like, yeah, we've got a fair bit of data now.
