I've Only Purchased Fully Furnished a Short Term Rental

"I was absolutely shocked by that. People are spending like, almost 50 thousand dollars to furnish a short term rental," he says. "You kind of avoid that by buying ly furnished, or, yem, i've only bought fully furnished em." He hasn't taken on any massive project like that but will in the future at some point.
