Last year there was a case of a store, a Lodega owner who was assaulted by a guy came into the store and he defended himself and stabbed the guy. And then he was arrested and prosecuted by Bragg's DA office. This is kind of noted as like an instance of what Matthew is talking about that, you know, basically the person who assaulted him, I can't recall whether it was a homeless man, but you know, it was some presumably, not entirely well, sort of somewhat down and out person.
