The Role of Ego Strength in Procrastination
Deborah Ancelotti: When we think of procrastination, it's this resistance to taking hold of a new behavior or orientation towards any number of different problems. She says in order to embark on the hero's journey, the hero must eventually get over his refusal of the call. And she says that is very much the task of say late teenagerhood or early adulthood.Ancelotti: We can think about this as a dragon that needs to be slayed. It requires one, a determination that you're going to solve this problem and even experimenting.
