i'm not that familiar with secular religion per se, but it reminds me of the soul family and being able to rejoin is like that interpretation of heaven. I guess in traditional religions, there'd be the caviot, if you've not sinned too much. Unow, i think more from a perspective of your carmic inherence, and the result of your actions here on this plane would probably indicate what direction you're going. You go to the other side to be met by spirits who would present themselves in a form that would be familiar to you,. so you'd feel honest my mam ar, or whatever that would beu. That sort of thing is very comforting.
