In tech we think about it is that a better security gives you better privacy. In the sort of social sciences public in a political world, oftentimes security and privacy are on different sides of the coin. I suppose, yid, i don't think the trade office is simple as coin with two sides. And what's different about tech versus the the sort of public sector?
