Is There a Trigger Warning?
Recently there was a revival on Broadway of the play 1776, which warned people going to the play that there were suggestive themes. Richard Zoglin, who is a critic who was writing for the Washington Post responded and said that was completely unnecessary. And it's just one of many trigger warnings that we've seen in the theater world,. The Globe Theater in London, which is Shakespeare's old theatrical home, now has a trigger warning for Romeo and Juliet.
