The Good Law Project and the Runny Me Trust Case
The good law project bought a challenge against the minister of the cabinet office with regard to pp procurement during the pandemic so it's another covid-19 case. In this case although the minister didn't appeal the high courts finding that the good law project had standing to challenge the contract despite having no interest in winning the contract itself. Rosalind is also written about this judgment in detail on the blog and i'd also recommend having a read of the detail of this decision because it is very interesting.
