The theory was that alberta could have a fairly significant fourth wave as far as infections, and really not worry about the hospitals becoming over well. As it turns out, for whatever reason, that did not happen in alberta. The provincial government has all acknowledged that this theory was wrong. And i regret that we began a move to an endemic transition too soon.
