How Do You Continue to Engage After the Program Ends?

I think we don't talk enough about the psychology behind these things. It's not like people are choosing to be to eat unhealthy foods or choosing. And mindset is so interwoven into that, along with all these other circumstances and constraints that exist in real life with real people. We get messages from people months after they've done their first blood sugar reset saying that was when I needed to get started. Even if you take 50% away from the program, you're going to be a lot better off.
