Sally Kohn: What does your in-house team look like? Cause you, obviously you guys are at the top of that kind of making the investment decisions also strategic and doing a little bit of operations. And I, given that your portfolio is so diverse across different kind of verticals and niches and industries. What have you found based on those rules that make sense enough to bring in-house, have on your team that can apply to all of those, those businesses? Because some roles are super niche. It probably doesn't make sense to bring one house and others I'm guessing need two or three people.
