Getting Conditioning From Your Martial Arts Practice
You probably don't need to do much conditioning, because you're going to be getting conditioning from your sport. I think ketabell front squats are really probably most, ah, what most people need. So for me, bar bells i'm still using for dead lifts and a lot of hinging patterns. And then kettlebells are kind of limited on the horizontal pushing, so that's where the bar bell can come in too.
