How Did You Determine What to Ask For?

So then, then it got to the sticky part of negotiations, because they're obviously interested enough because you're a full-time employee over there. Can you remember moving from Dublin to London as well, which, you know, we all know you've got a 15 minute radius around your house in the mood. But how did you determine what was reasonable?
