I've started my health and training plan since we last. My runs in the week are going fine because they've just been quite quite quite short so far. This weekend was my first long run it's still in three miles for the moment but it didn't go very well as I put it off till this morning. It's stonking today isn't it super hot yeah well it feels it it feels it I'm not I'm not sure my temperature is saying currently 29 degrees bloody hell yeah okay.
