Peter: There must be a middle ground too where for example, maybe this person's coming to you. They're maybe a little anxious. Going back to that 40% to 50%. This kind of example we keep going back to. That person might not be feeling great about it either. Peter: I try to get them to provide me context around exactly what's happening at the organization.
