Diagio: We can't do our work without an internal planner. It's hard to imagine not having Sheila on our team or indeed the planners in our other brands. Historically, planners maybe were more in ad agencies and we want our insight thinking to influence what we're doing in every discipline. The planning team at Mother is very much responsible for helping us build the great plan but then ferrying that through the process.
