Sally Kohn: A lot of the changes here are how people feel in the psychology and what they're preparing for. She says it's important to note that this hurts different segments of the economy differently. Kohn: At the very high end, you're not going to see quite the same changes in behavior as you are when you come down the income spectrum. And so there is that kind of shift from products to services that we are seeing.
