The Case of Barbara Leach

Barbara Leach was 20-year-old student at Bradford University. She went to the Manville Arms pub with a group of friends on Saturday night, 1 September 1979. Barbara never made it home and was reported missing the next afternoon. Her body was found in an open yard behind a house opposite Bradford University. Police concluded that she had been hidden the head from behind with a hammer. Like the other victims, Barbara suffered fractures to her head and multiple stab wounds.
