Jesse: I've actually found that there is a zone where I get so sick that it's just it's not worth it to do anything. And by the way, to your point about how entrepreneurs tend to be really hard on themselves, it really is this like, very tough balance because I mean, I'm hard on myself about a lot of things. Jesse: Up until maybe my 30s, maybe early 30s, I was intense all the time about everything. But then during COVID, I was like, you know what, I'm just kind of like exercise a few days a week. I want to make it a habit versus a goal.
