Fish Oil Reduces Cancer Risk

Researchers have hypothesized that higher intakes of omega-3s from either foods or supplements, potentially both, might reduce the risk of cancer due to their anti-inflammatory effects. The problem that we have here is in the evidence. Results from observational studies have been inconsistent. And so right now I cannot confidently recommend that fish oil does anything with respect to the trajectory of cancer risk, mortality from existing cancer or like, you know, treatment trajectory.
