If you speak to the one, you speak to them all. Don't say we in us and they or avoid it whenever possible because it's too easy for every viewer to disconnect themselves from that message. When you use you-based language throughout your videos, it will carve a connection with your viewers whereby they're listening through the lens of how you're talking to them directly.
