Is There a Catalist in Value Investing?

Value investing is, i would say, like a nice way of saying very pessimistic outlook. The heating oll business is secular decline, declining, and it has been like, for decades. I mean, how long has it been either your number one or or top position? A, probably seven, eight years. Is there a catalist that would cause the market's perception to change? Do you think i would have thought, with low interest rates, they're paying a dividend?
