Toki Gowa, a Toki River?

You recently wrote a feature about depopulation for the japan times. For that article, you visited the town of toki gowa in sitama prefecture. You see maybe a few convenient stores, a supermarket. There's a local clinic therethe river running through it, it's the same name, toki gawa, a toki river. It's a very sort of idyllic, laid back rural landscape that you can see pretty much anywhere in Japan.
