The History of Cyanide
In the old days cyanide was called Prusic Acid. It devolved from the use of animals, bones and things that actually made the colour called Prussian Blue. No one had actually been convicted of a Prusic acid murder at that time. So it was quite a good drug to use to try and kill someone because there was no history of a conviction.
