Introduction
The State Department refuses to say if it is working to free a US citizen who is detained in Ukraine. Gonzalo Lira was arrested by the SBU on charges of justifying the Russian invasion. So they're not even trying to say that he's a spy. They're basically just saying he had an opinion that we didn't like and so we arrested him for it, arresting him for his speech.
