Is UBS a Better Bank?

After the 2007-2008 crisis, UBS had to be bailed out by the Swiss government. They were in deep trouble because they had invested significantly in mortgage-backed securities. And at that point, interestingly enough, critty Swiss was seen as the healthier bank. Over the next 10 years or so, the performance of the bank just declined continuously.
