Is the Culture of the Company Really Important?
i think that goes back to culture. If the culture of the company isn't run where it's clear that the leadership and your colleagues clearly care about every person, then you've already facked up. And i should think that is so much more important than signing some full page at full page out in the new york times rat which is usually what people do. So i be much more for like, ok, do people internally know that they are valued and that they are seen matter who they are?
