How to Promote Positive Aspects of Work

i would say, you know, you need to prevent harm and respond when people have a problem. And then it's a really good idea to also promote the positive because that's protective as well as a valuable thing to do to promote mental health. The purpose of a model is to havea path to follow in figuring out what the problems are and what to do about em. So i think that, ye, that i'm having a model is is important, because it does help to take the blinkers off a little bit where people might have a particular view on workplace mental health.
