After the 2008 meltdown, I got to rethinking kind of my libertarianism in that context. If everybody else thinks that everybody else is doing it, then you kind of have to do it to be competitive just in the sport of cycling. So this is why you need systems of agreed upon rules of regulation and adequate enforcement.
