What's Your Favorite Thing to Grow?

Most of the south texa citrus was grafted on to another tree. I have some huge swift are ot in the garden, it looks like elephant ear. It's not bad cook but my whole deal is, is that raw? It's awful. Almost everything else i can find an appreciation in its flavor or texture, raw. If you haven't had dreams, wish charm, maybe that'll help.
