Find someone that's good at it in the model. Find some whay you're solving for, and then try to model them. From specifics, i'd say deming is probably about story, emotional moments of suspense or laughter or mystery or reveal. And then creating characters that are fun to watch and fund an tor act with. How do you set up an emotional lov well, what you need is a character or something in the world that people care about? And then you need to threaten it.
