How Do You Maintain a Product and Engineering Culture?
At Parabas, our engineering culture came up in a world where you had to ship updates constantly because Amazon could change the format of a receipt or the page structure. And so there were some parts of the company's history that lent to a culture of shipping very fast. We try to do that in design of how we even think about organizing teams and work. The next one, you'd ask this other question of what do we build live? When you have a clarity of purpose that's different, you tell people what you're about and then you ask people, okay, great, we're here to save you time money. How can we do that?
