What Happened to Julia Cyphers?

The case of Julia cyphers, a woman who was shot in her garage is unsolved. She had no known enemies and there were only two homicides recorded in speedway's 50-year history. A month later bombs started going off all over the city. The murders have never been solved but are still talked about to this day.
