The Australian fund operates as a small scale private fund which is limited to the number of investors and that is one of the ASIC rules. Now we've been able to parlay our success into a European fund which allows effectively unlimited growth right okay sure now. Yeah so starting the fund were there any regulation issues or hoops that you had to jump through to do this because I mean I think sports betting hedge funds are pretty few and far between did you have to do any like was it any additional challenges than what there is to normally managing money.
